10 Ways to Manifest Your Desires
Manifesting is magical! It’s all about believing, feeling and trusting the Universe. This didn’t come easy to me a first. Honestly… It’s still not always easy. I believe in the power of prayer. I have faith. I trust the Universe is always working in our favor if we allow it to. When I just let go of any expectations, take time to feel, trust the process then the magic starts to happen.
It’s about feeling everything and forcing nothing. Allow things to unfold and happen organically. If you still feel skeptical, then I challenge you to implement the following 10 Ways for the next 30 days to see the true power of manifestation.
Start off with a small goal to manifest and practice the following 10 tips DAILY. Try to be consistent and not skip a day.

1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your heart and soul. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember. I encourage you to see what feels better… Writing first thing in the morning or in the evening.

2. Say Bye-Bye to the negative energy. Don’t dwell. Replace your negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Every time you feel a negative thought or emotion coming on, put a positive spin on it right away and move on. 

3. Stop the blame game! I know… A little tough love! Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It’s easy to blame others (I did this for years)… However you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us.

4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life. This might bring up a little fear, but that’s ok. That’s a good thing! Especially in recovery. 

5. Remember that like attracts like!  You will get back whatever you put out in the world, whether it is good or bad. So do good shit and receive good shit! Pretty simple! LOL!

6. Start meditating for five minutes a day. If this feels good gradually start to increase your time. During this time focus and visualize how you want to feel and want your life to be. Put your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals. This is so powerful! 

7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing small and make a decision to finally go for your dreams. Think big! Go big! Do big things! 

8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy inside. This can be through fitness, wellness, movement, family time, travel… Anything that sets your soul on fire. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires. This makes the process so much easier. 

9. Are you hanging around Energy Vampires?! Pay attention to who you surround yourself with and spend your time with. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you up. We don’t have time for Downer Debbie’s. This is so critical!

10. Don’t be afraid to dream big, let go of fear and doubt, and know that you are always supported by the Universe. The Universe has your back! 
 
By implementing these simple daily tips over the next 30 days you are going to feel happier and healthier. You will start to create new healthy patterns that will overflow into so many areas of your life.
